We are all about the Shorts here at OFFline Film Festival!
Every year, we receive 100s of submissions to screen here in Birr.
This year, we’ll be screening x3 programmes of shorts; Animation, Non-Competition and Competition across the Festival.

Our 2024 Awards Ceremony will take place on Sunday 13 October at Birr Theatre & Arts Centre.
